I recently lost my software and 2014 data on my old Vista Machine. Still have my 2013 data from the time I loaded the 3.7 upgrade in December. I decided to load the software on a new Windows 8 machine, and then use the database from Dec, 2013. Downloaded the trial version, followed instructions for registering per my e-mail from you of Dec 6 (giving me a credit, with a history to the license data). Everything worked fine, and I reconstituted all my data from Dec 2013.
I then shut the software down. When I reopened, it asked me to register again. I did. Gained access again. Repeated this process several times, and am now shut out. It tells me I have used all my allowed registrations.
Worked with Brian on the phone and on his computer just now. Brian had overlooked the need to "Run as Admin" in order to activate his user license. Otherwise, all looks good and is up and running now.
