I knew this once, so pardon my regression; please tell me how to backup BD on an external drive. For the life of me I can't get it to do that. Much obliged!

I am afraid I am going to have to ask for more info on this one.
It should be as simple as File | Backup/Restore... , then opening the Save As... window by clicking on the bino button with the green down arrow and choosing your external drive and filename.
A screenshot of what you are doing would help. Let me know please.

I didn't hear back from you on the above, so I am going to go ahead and close this for cleanup purposes. But you can continue a conversation here if you need more info.
In addition, v6.3 Build 42 is now available. I have redesigned the Backup/Restore feature completely to make it more modern, functional and intuitive - well that's the hope anyway! So go ahead and upgrade to Build 42 and try it out.
