[Solved] Can't active taxonomy with Annual Everything License

Okay, what am I doing wrong? I downloaded IOC 11.2 and got to the activate license screen. I entered my annual license ID (6xxxxxx2) and my License Activation Password (9xxxxxxV) and got rejected. What do I do now?

Hi John,

Thanks for posting. 

What version of BD are you running exactly? If not at Build 62 of v5.2, upgrade to that now; Help | Internet: Check for a program update.

I am showing 3 activation attempts all with invalid data. Please confirm your License ID and Password. You are showing the correct first and last char of each above. But you must be getting one or more chars wrong in either the ID or password.

Please exit BD if running. And restart by right-clicking on the desktop icon and choosing 'run as admin' - you must do this.

Then open the Licensing window (Ctrl+L). Then activate this license.

Yes, running build 62, but made two mistakes:

Did not run as administrator & mistyped password (typed S for 5).

Everything fine now, sorry to have bothered you.

Never a bother John. Thanks for the update.

When the annual license is activated, importing taxonomic lists never even bothers to ask for a license. It skips right over that step.
