Hi! Jeff. I have been using eBird for my daily yard birds. I want to import the files to BD. I've watched the tutorial several times. All goes well until I go to File>Import>Sightings Tab>Import.
There are no files in BD's Download window. However they are in my downloads file on my laptop.
Any suggestions?

When you click on the Import button, it brings up a File Explorer for navigating to and selecting the files that you downloaded from eBird.
So, you need to use this window to navigate to where the downloaded eBird files are and then select them for import.
If you are still stuck on this, we can schedule some time this coming week for me to get onto your computer and we can walk through the process.
