The program is closing after every species during taxonomic list update reconciliation.  After each species I must restart the program.  Current BD version is 6.0.21, Clements 2021 to Clements 2022.

Hi Clay,

Thanks for posting and so sorry about this.

I have seen this on one or two other customer systems, but no one else!

I have found that if you disable one or both of the checkboxes shown below, the problem goes away. I think it might be the "Auto Return When Complete" checkbox being checked, but not sure. You might try that first.

Please try that and get back to me.

@jeff - no error message was displayed.  After processing about 6 species the issue resolved.  The only thing I did was run a report before starting to reconcile again.

Darn it! That is the same as a couple other customer systems. It doesn't allow me to track down the problem.

In Build 22 (not yet released) and later I have built in some more extensive error checking that will hopefully show me where this is occurring if encountered again.

Closing for now.

One other thing... are you getting an error msg when this happens? If so, please post the complete/entire text of the message, or post a screenshot (preferred) of it.

Thanks.
