[Solved] Unable to activate Annual Everything license

I am trying to activate BD on my laptop, which I have used in addition to my desktop machine under previous licenses, but entry of the current license ID and password is not accepted.  I have an active Annual Everything license renewed last October. The record says it has one remaining activation.  I have an up to date Build of BD installed.  

Any ideas what might be going wrong?

Hi David,

Exactly what does the message say when you try to activate?

Are you using License ID 65874125? That is your latest that you should be using.

P.S. also ran Fix Corrupted license file .exe.  Same result.

That will empty your license file. I do see 5 failed activations today on the proper License ID. So I can assume you are using the correct license.

Now, I suspect you are entering an invalid password for this License. Please double check that. The error message I am showing is "invalid activation data", which probably supports this theory.

I replied to jeff@birdersdiary.com.  I have the same password, and get the same (failed) result when I paste in the one you sent.

As a test, I just used your License to activate my installation, and it worked.

So... what is going on with your laptop?

First question... antivirus. What antivirus program(s) are you running?

What version of Windows?

What is different about this laptop?

Have you rerun the BD installation from the Downloads page? That is worth a try if you haven't.

Turns out I had miscopied the password, and then misread it in your message, confusing a 5 and an S. Sorry for the confusion.
