I am running V5.2.30. I have found 3 errors for the Utah location Counties expansion. This was very easy to fix but thought you would like to know.
1. Missing Salt Lake County, UT
2. No such County as Salt County, UT
3. No such County as Lake County, UT

Thanks for posting.
I just tested this on a blank database and "Salt Lake County, UT" was correctly added. No Salt County nor Lake County.
So perhaps this was a pre-existing condition in your database that you have already fixed.
As with just about everything in BD, it is all user-customizable. But the Add Counties feature for Utah is doing what it should.
