Another thing that would be convenient to make sticky is the Begin and End dates from the last time you use a window.  If I am entering sightings from last Tuesday, I am more likely to want to enter sightings for last Wednesday next, instead of today,

I just tried to replicate this behavior, and the dates did stick this time.  I do know that we are frequently having to change the date in the View Sightings menu from today's date to the time period we are working on.  I will try to figure out when this happens and get back to you.

On the issue of sending lists to both users at once, we now do what you describe, import then clone the ones we both saw.  Since we both tend to see most of the list, it would be more convenient to import to both, then delete a few than to import to one, then clone many.  Import then clone is not that big  a chore, so I wouldn't put a high priority on this on our account.
